Terms of Service

By accessing or using Stamped & Worn (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Stamped & Worn provides AI-assisted travel intelligence and research about the areas surrounding places you may stay. This includes nearby places, maps, neighborhood photography and other location information, neighborhood and atmosphere context, traveler-awareness notes and reports. Our reports are research aids to help you understand an area — they are not guarantees about a property, neighborhood or destination.

Location information can change, be incomplete, or be approximate — especially for vacation rentals before an exact address is known. Destination, neighborhood, nearby-place, neighborhood photography, transportation, atmosphere and traveler-awareness information may change over time or may not reflect current conditions. We do not guarantee that any report is complete, current or error-free.

You remain responsible for your own travel, accommodation and personal-safety decisions. Stamped & Worn does not guarantee that any location, neighborhood, accommodation or destination is "safe" or "unsafe." Traveler-awareness and safety-related information is general guidance, not a safety guarantee. Always verify current local conditions before you travel and make your own decisions accordingly.

The Service uses third-party information and services, including:

• Geoapify — for nearby places and location data.
• Wikimedia Commons — for neighborhood photography.
• Google — for map links and related location functionality. Google Maps and related content are subject to Google's terms and policies.
• Stripe — for payment processing. Payment and card information is handled by Stripe, not stored by Stamped & Worn.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability or practices of third-party services, and your use of third-party content may be subject to their terms.

You can purchase a Single Full Travel Intelligence Report or a 3-Report or 5-Report credit pack. Unused report credits remain available on your account for future use. Credits are tied to your account and are not transferable. Recurring membership subscriptions are not currently offered through the Service.

The Service, including its design, reports, text and branding, is owned by Stamped & Worn and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Reports you purchase are for your personal use; you may not resell, redistribute or commercially exploit them. Third-party content (such as Google imagery) remains the property of its respective owners.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms others.
• Attempt to bypass payment, access controls or report restrictions.
• Misuse, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service or its systems.
• Reproduce, resell or redistribute purchased reports or content.

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time without notice. Some information depends on third-party services (such as Google) and may be unavailable when those services are unavailable.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stamped & Worn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for any reliance on report content for travel, safety or booking decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or as otherwise necessary to protect the Service or others. You can delete your account or stop using the Service at any time.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Stamped & Worn's operations. Any dispute not resolved by contacting us will be handled under those laws. If you have a question about which laws apply, please contact us.
