Stamped & Worn ("we," "us," or "our") provides AI-assisted travel location intelligence — research, reports and comparisons about the areas surrounding places you may stay. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use our website and services (the "Service").

Information you provide:

• Account information — such as your name and email address when you create an account.
• Travel and location research — the destinations, addresses, neighborhoods, landmarks or approximate areas you research, along with dates and traveler details you enter.
• Information generated through use — saved research, purchased reports, location comparisons, trips and report credits associated with your account.
• Information you provide when contacting us for support or privacy requests.

Information collected automatically:

• Technical and usage information — such as browser type, device information and how you interact with the Service, used to operate and improve it.
• Cookies and local storage — used for authentication, keeping you signed in, remembering your preferences and research, and operating the Service. We do not use cookies to sell advertising.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. When you purchase a report or credit pack, payment and card information is collected and processed directly by Stripe. Stamped & Worn does not receive or store your full card number, CVV or other complete card details. We retain records of the purchase (such as the product, amount, date and a Stripe transaction identifier) to deliver your reports and maintain your account history.

• To provide, generate and deliver your Travel Intelligence Reports and location research.
• To maintain your saved research, purchased reports, comparisons and report credits.
• To process purchases and verify payments.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To protect the security and integrity of the Service.
• To operate, maintain and improve the Service over time.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or sell your travel research queries to third parties.

Stamped & Worn uses mapping and location-data services to retrieve nearby places, maps, neighborhood photography and other location information shown in your reports. Nearby places and location data are provided by Geoapify. Neighborhood photography is provided by Wikimedia Commons. Map links use Google Maps. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. These providers may collect information in connection with their services as described in their own privacy practices.

We use trusted service providers who process information on our behalf to operate the Service:

• Stripe — processes payments and payment-card information.
• Google — provides places, maps, imagery and related location services.
• Base44 — provides hosting, database, authentication and application infrastructure.

These providers process information under their own terms and policies, and only as necessary to deliver the services we use.

We use cookies and your browser's local storage for technically necessary purposes — such as keeping you signed in, preserving your research and preferences, and operating the Service. We do not use tracking cookies to sell your information or for cross-site advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features of the Service.

For visitors who are not signed in, we also set a first-party cookie carrying a random, anonymous identifier. It is used only to keep count of the complimentary research previews available without an account, so that clearing browser storage does not restore an allowance that has already been used. The identifier is not derived from your IP address, device or any other personal attribute, it is not used to recognize you across other sites, and no destination you research is stored with it. A record of the count is kept for 180 days and is then deleted automatically by a scheduled cleanup.

We retain your account information and research history for as long as your account is active, and for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our terms. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information where practical and as required by applicable law.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including limiting access to authorized systems and providers. However, no system can be guaranteed completely secure. We do not make absolute guarantees about the security of your information, and you acknowledge that no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

• You can create, update or delete your account through the Service.
• You can review and delete saved research, comparisons and trips in My Research.
• You can contact us to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law.
• You can control cookies and local storage through your browser settings.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by applicable law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
